The Chrome Web Store listing declares that SameSame does not collect user data.

Firefox

Mozilla Add-ons requires a data collection disclosure. SameSame declares website content, plus optional technical and interaction data.

Website content is used to run visual search and in-page actions on the page you are viewing.

Where searches go

Image searches are sent to Amazon, Temu, and AliExpress. Those platforms handle the search and return the results. SameSame does not sit in front of a separate product index.
